while rest of the facilities were ok, they do not provide electric kettle and tea bags etc in rooms. staff is just not able to understand english which poses difficulty in communication.the linen was clean and rooms airy and welllit.hygeine and cleanliness was good

Location was good but rooms were not clean and washrooms were dirty. Breakfast was good but it was kind of open air so many mosquitoes were there. I think on the same price there are some other options available in Pattaya which maybe better.

Very near to Beach, Staff is very good and helpful, Neat and clean rooms no guest charge and also ten mnts to walking street by Tuk Tuk 10 baht only. Overall very good experience and vlue for money. Good vareity of breakfast too.

Closer to Sea Beach, Al Cazar show centre, Walking st., Malls, KFC, SevenEleven 24hrs. open stores & lots of Indian resturants. All these places are in walking distances. So overall location wise very good & price is also low in comparison to the other hotels next to it, which is Holiday Inn.
