The location is just 15 mins walking from the Walking street as well as just 5 mins from the Pattaya Beach road. That is the best part about this Hotel. The rooms are good with all the facilities for the price we paid. We booked double superior rooms for only 900 bahts per night. The service can be improved with... More

This is a nice hotel to stay.. The room costed only B850 which was quite reasonable.. This is a budget hotel but the rooms are clean and nice.. The only drawback is that there is no elevator and my room was on the fourth floor.. So carrying the luggage upstairs was a pain.. But I would definitely recommend people to... More

Visited during the so-called high season (Dec) and stayed for 7 nights. Actually not a bad place for 800 baht that includes AC, fridge, hot water and a complimentary frugal-yet-filling breakfast. Rooms and toilet are cleaned daily, laundry service was good. Cheap tours, bike rentals (200 baht a day) available at the travel desk. Staff were just about OK, all... More

Stayed for 2 nights (end of Oct 2011). For a budget hotel, it is worth the money you pay. Book it online thru their website. Location is great, few minutes away from the beach, Central Festival mall, and everything else. Room is large, spotless, air conditioned. Air condition is working well, even had to off it at night because it... More

For the price a good hotel. No lifts, so not good if old and on top floor but we were lucky and stayed on second floor. Rooms surprisingly large and always well cleaned every day with reasonable bathroom with everything we needed. Staying there whilst there are major floods in Thailand and shortages of everything in shops, we had everything... More

I had the opportunity to stay at this modest hotel ,this October, which is quite close to beach road, 2nd Road where all the action is. It is a value for money hotel- in the sense a comfortable A/C room with breakfast(nothing great but basic and filling-no buffet so that you can gorge yourself-limited quantity served once-though you can have...
