In Nov last year we went to Pattaya. We were quite shocked to see the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staffs. Most of the amenities are not linked to hotel like massage center, travel , internet , restaurant and hence everywhere we had to pay by cash. They declined to charge to room. Quite disappointed.
