We've stayed at this hotel numerous times because we actually befriended the hotel assistant manager there; the hotel doesn't look the greatest but the receptionists and members of staff are all friendly, helpful and are available to help 24/7.

We stayed on the top floor where the presidential rooms are; this was a private floor and are only for the presidential rooms (two presidential rooms). Although referring to the rooms as "presidential", it isn't very "presidential" compared to some of the other presidential rooms that I have seen. It's larger than the other rooms in the hotel but it's just as basic as the other rooms at a hotel of a higher star ranking; a double bed, lamps, mini fridge, television, tables and chairs, wardrobes, small sofa seat and so on. Towels and bed sheets were clean upon arrival and can be changed everyday if you request it (since I always woke up too late for the cleaners to clean my room).
