this is my 4 time staying at this hotel and i have taken my mother and father there the staff i always found friendly and willing to help. the rooms are just that a room i would say dont stay at the back side of the hotel the frount rooms are far better, its so close to the real bangkok....

I stayed here e few times the price is okay and you get good value for that.
one major plus is that the hotel is in walking distance of the railway station and in the middle of chinatown
Try to get a room in the back because front the windows are not noise free
Downside is the not so friendly...
