Our experience at DeNaga was very middle of the road. The staff overall was nice, but weren't up to the same standard as other places in Thailand we traveled. The biggest disappointment for me was the room. It was dark and wasn't as clean as I like. The toilet was difficult to flush and the bathtub hard to get in...

We stayed there 2 nights beginning of January. The best rates are through the website, much more expensive if you try booking through e-mails directly with them. The super save rate is still quite expensive for thailand.
The room is spotless, especially the bathroom.
The breakfast is delicious. Very healthy and most things are homemade.
All staff are very pleasant...

Overall my daughter and I really enjoyed our stay last week. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and check in was very fast and smooth. We were upgraded to a larger room which we really enjoyed as we were there for five nights.
The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to the Tha Pae gate...

We were pleased with the location which is perfect for touring around the city. But I am afraid to say the rest did not live up to expectations. Our room 317 overlooked a building site!! The pool was slightly green and the hotel reception staff did not speak very good English.

De Naga boutique hotel is located inside of Chiangmai's old city. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated with bathtub, rain-shower and wardrobe in one side of the room. The bed is rather large and comfy. In our room type there's a dvd player which is a plus because we traveled with small children. The size of the room we stayed...

stayed at de naga for 4 days while in Chiang mai. The hotel itself is quite nicely decorated with an open concept. very friendly staff, clean and very welcoming and well designed rooms. Breakfast was quite good. the only draw back is the "pool" which is only about 50 cm deep. nice to sit around and read or order drinks...

The service at the De Naga was excellent but the rooms were terrible. My room did not have air conditioning and my relatives air-con was broken. Neither room had bath, although advertised with one I asked for King size bed and got twin room. The pool was tiny and the 'jacuzzi' is one spa jet. Very overpriced.

My wife and I spent a week in De Naga, our choice being influenced by the numerous positive reviews and the hotel website itself.
Due to a very late flight in, we arrived at De Naga around midnight, and were just a little surpised that there was no one to help us with our luggage, especially since (i) they should...
