We stayed here for four nights recently. The staff were friendly and the grounds excellent... really appreciated the pool. Value for money was the best we found in Chiang Mai. Thanks!

Ben located at a quiet lane with a beautiful environment, alittle Japanese feel....it takes about 5 mins to walk to the Night Bizzar....I'm highly satisfied with its soft bed which ensures me a comfortable rest....although Ben's decoration is soso, it's enough...of course it's far away for those critical... by the way , i dont think the bikes it offer good,... You kinda get what you pay for as far as the room goes. It's very basic, but the bed is comfortable. You have to ask for towels and take out your own trash, the shower/bath is beat-up looking - it reminded me of a youth hostel in Europe. Also all the Europeans there contributed to that feeling. The Ben is a bit out of the way if you're looking to stay in central Chiang Rai near restaurants, internet cafes, etc. Rooms were OK - moderately clean and furnished.
