Room was basic and shower wasn't the best but apart from that I can't fault it. Lovely staff, free Internet, swimming pool and good location. Well worth the stay.

Great location near the old town and in close walking distance to everything you need. The staff was very service minded and they gladely helped us to book our Flight Of The Gibbon zipline adventure which i also recomend higly.

This hostel was a great place to rest at night. Breakfast wasn't the best but it was ok to start the day when having an early tour. Just spent a few days here at the MD House in Chiang Mai. Excellent value for your money. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, centrally located, 800 Baht per night. Nothing to complain about here. Great stay.

The rooms look like small prison cells which you apparently have to lock with your own pad lock to secure your belongings.
