The room was nice, simple and clean. The AC and hot water worked great- both very important for travel in Thailand. Portico is in one of the best locations in Chiang Mai, extremely easy to get around. Your room comes with daily breakfast and I got dry cleaning for very reasonable. No complaints - would stay again.
