Clean, modern and comfortable rooms with a roomy bathroom as well. The staff were freindly and very helpful and the breakfasts were really good also. The pool is bathed in sun for most of the day and the hotel is in a good location - about 15 mins walk from the night markets. Would definitely stay here again.

Looks can be deceiving.. this hotel has an elegant look about it, with well appointed spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and hot showers...no issues with the actual facility at all...really very lovely...however....when we first found the hotel and booked a one night stay we were offered complimentary massages as apart of our stay package. We booked these massages for 4:00 the...

We arrived at the Raming Lodge early, around 12pm so had to wait a couple of hours for the room which didnt worry us as there is heaps to do in Chiang Mai and we were the ones that showed up early!
Read great things about Raming Lodge on TripAdvisor and it certainly did not disappoint... The rooms are HUGE,...

pro: as above. rooms r clean. close to sunday mkt, bars & pubs.
con: there isnt any airport pick up service for us. rooms felt constraint due to tiny window overlooking to the side wall of next building (room 210 & 212). in-room local call charges r ridiculous.

I chose this hotel after reading Trip advisor reviews and was not disappointed. The free airport transfers were very efficient. The room large and very clean. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the Night market which was fantastic. We felt very safe walking to the market and although you do need to walk past many "massage parlors" this was...

This is generic-feeling hotel but some of my other choices weren't available. I was getting frustrated making hotel inquiries, it was high season, and I asked the woman from Active Thailand for her recommendation and she mentioned this one.
Rooms are "lanna style" which means that the hotel is a U-shape around the central restaurant/courtyard area. It's motel-like in that...

Stayed here last year and haven't gotten around to writing the review until today. This is a charming hotel built in the traditional Thai style. The room and bathroom were both spotless and fairly large. Breakfast was the typical buffet and it was one of the better breakfasts we had in Thailand. Location was fabulous - on a street with...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 seperate nights during our recent holiday, both rooms very nice but we got upgraded to a suite for the second night which was very nice indeed! Free pick up and return to airport. It is in the red light district, but that really doesn't matter and if you want to avoid walking past...

I only stayed for one night (New Year's Eve) but I was very impressed. I had a deluxe room which included airport transfers, fruit, non-alcoholic beverages and some cakes. The room was nicely furnished, very clean and smart. Fantastic breakfast choice with chefs on hand to cook you eggs how you like them.
The hotel is very central to Chiang...
