The room was small, but really nice with big comfortable bed, antique furniture, simple but nice breakfast. It is close to the main attractions, city center and night bazaar. In the same time, it is hidden from the street noise. It was really perfect for me. Some old people were staying at the hotel whole day enjoying relaxing atmosphere. I... More

Having visited Thailand several times in previous years, my boyfriend and i were eager to see what the North had to offer. Chiang Mai did not disappoint, and Tri Yaan Na Ros was a lovely place to stay. It was relatively easy to find from the airport (we got a taxi for around 150baht), although we did have to call... Stayed here for 6 nights on the recommendation of two of our daughters who have been here in the past. Our room was in the Villa part and we had a very large room with plenty of space for everything. It was a bit dark with all the period furniture and we had to buy a torch to unlock the... More

this place is a gem. the owner - ma sing sing - basically takes you under her wing and there are no catches. she just wants you to have the perfect stay. we had even made a mistake and booked 3 nights when we meant 4 and within 5 minutes, she had made arrangements for us to stay in another... More

My wife and I have stayed at this at this hotel at least 10 times in the last 4 years, for a total of 40 nights or more. Every time we return to Chiang Mai we look forward to our time spent at the Tri Yaan Na Ros.This charming hotel has many things to recommend it, but the owner, Mom... More

Love these places in Chiang Mai. Great position, just outside Old City, and off an evening a 10 minute walk to street food stalls. Rooms small but the huge 4 poster beds take up a lot of room. The owner is especially charming, our safe in room wasn't working and she was so conerned about it, offering us another room... More

We selected this hotel based on the Lonely Planet "our pick" recommendation and the rating and comments on TripAdvisor. Pros - Very sweet and super friendly staff, especially the owner. She even cooked us special (not on the menu) breakfast each morning including yummy mango sticky rice and gave us cookies for the day when she new we were going... More

We're very sorry your honeymoon was not everything you hoped for. We immediately repaired the broken faucet. Our hotel is definitely quaint and comes with the trappings of the colonial period. We hope you return to Thailand and give our wonderful city another chance. More
