The location is wonderful right next to the night market and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the sheets are stained, not clean and the pipe from the sink is disconnected and pours onto the floor. I would not stay here again.

for travelers on a tight budget, this is an ideal place. located close to the night bazaar, the Guest House has rooms with fans on the ground floor, and rooms with Air conditioning upstairs. We stayed here 5 nights - 380 baht for a fan room (we dont like a/c) on a recommendation from a friend. Good wifi in the room, lovely cleaning ladies who were very attentive. Nothing spectacular but a perfectly adequate guesthouse. Room was quite large and clean enough. Near the night market and other bars and restaurants. Good value for the money and recommended.

the people spoke great english and cleaned our rooms well I never lost anything and it was very resonalble on the price. the food at the resteraunt is amazing as well i have zero compaints for this place.

I stayed here for 5 nights @ € 14 per night for an aircon room. It was worth all of it. I had all I needed, toilet/shower, tv, clean sheets and towels every day plus free wifi. Within 1 minute walking from Anusan market and Night bazaar. I would go here again next time.

Lanna Thai Guesthouse is a nightmare，the water pipe was broken and the floor of shower room full of water. There's sand in the water, the water is too dirty to be used to wash face and body.
