Rooms are very modern and clean. We were given two interconnecting rooms to make a family room - king in one room, 2 singles in the other. Staff were absolutely brilliant, especially Golf. The biggest downside of this hotel was it's location. I have been to Chiang Mai quite a few times so if you are coming here for holidays and want to be located closed to night life, cafes, bars etc. This is not the place to stay.
