4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 May 2012 NEW

We stayed here for four nights in February and enjoyed out stay. We would stay here again. It is very reasonably priced to stay here. The rooms are comfortable, I appreciated the brightly lit makeup table, flatscreen tv, free bottlednwater and hot water in the shower. I wish they would get a solar heater for the pool since the courtyard... More

Nice "boutique" hotel or house as you wld called it though. Clean cosy and friendly staff with basic english lang. Close to many eating stall of local thail food and convenient stalls as well. As for hotel bear in mind no lift so if you got a room on the upper floor be prepared to lift your luggage(if any) up... More

Stay at this hotel for 4 days on March 2012 , Cozy little hotel with 4 parking plots , just in the middel of ChiangMai city , can get to places around in down town easy. The price is ok for the quality you got though .

We just stayed at chiangmai boutique house for 3 nights with our trek In between nights 2 and 3. They let us keep the room for no charge whilst on the trek. Other places that were a similar price such as eurana and the north were much bigger and older however the rooms were dingy and not as appealing as... More

We just wanted a nice simple room for the night before headnig to the Elephant Nature Park north of Chiang Mai the next day and it met those needs perfectly. it doesn't profess to being anything more than what it says on the tin, commendable. Although the 'boutique' reference may be slightly misleading. It is not a place to book... More

We enjoyed our stay at this newish hotel. It was good having interconnecting rooms to have some space and privacy from our two boys but they were close enough for our peace of mind. The rooms were clean but are quite small and the free breakfast could be improved. We stayed for three nights and I was sick of the... More

Avoid this place. The hotel is attractive when viewed from the street, but the experience of staying here hardly lives up to the positive first impressions. The hotel is right on a main street and the noise level is incredibly loud. People who can fall asleep while attending a Formula One race will feel quite comfortable, but all others will... More

The service was friendly enough, the rooms were nice enough ... alas this hotel is NOT a boutique hotel. Typical example of a hotel trying to hard to embrace a class that it is not. If this hotel was half the price it would be an great value, but in the boutique class it is missing the mark. Firstly it... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in November 2011 - Nice, but not great by any means. There are many better choices nearby. The location is great - inside the South East corner of the moat - plenty of restaurants, food stalls, minimarts, massage, etc to satisfy. The hotel itself is not really boutique - just the name. The pool... More

This is great. We actually stayed nearly 2 weeks, leaving and coming back as we liked it so much. Its in my favoured part of town. More backpacker like not too crazy and in the walled part. Its not a backpacker type place though but rather a nice boutique hotel. It has a great little pool and it is new... More
