Great location, small pool was fantastic for cooling relief from the very hot weather! Adjoining rooms terrific for our family of four. Cheap laundry service. We utilized 'Queen Bee' tourist services located a short walk down the road...very helpful and efficient! Breakfast average...didn't change for the 5 days we were there. All in all, a terrific stay...although most definitely the... More

Nice and clean hotel, breakfast is average level or more. I guess Asians will be fine with the breakfast. Coffee is good. The location of the hotel is inside of old town of Chiang Mai so it is easy to visit the momuments in town on foot. Night bazar is also close. However, the phone in the room is not... More

The hotel is well located to the circular river so every taxi driver knows it at anywhere you thumb one. It may be reason why the old western gents like here esp accompanied by local street girls. The hotel has a swimming pool, surprise, but the shower doesn't work well as the water temp runs unsteady from time to time.... More

Comfortable beds with adequate space in the room. The shower was lacking, in particular the curtain was short and water soaked the vanity area. The front desk staff did not communicate well in English which did lead to some minor problems. The buffet breakfast was served when the hotel was full and ala carte when there were fewer guests. Both... More

We stayed at WangBurapa for three nights and wished it was for longer. We had stayed nearby a few weeks earlier and were very happy with the place we stayed, but were recommended WangBurapa by a friend we met on the road, and were very happy that we took his advice and stayed. Booking through Agoda, we got a lovely... More

I stayed here after staying at a place further out of town hoping to find something more central. I booked on Agoda where I think the prices are much cheaper. It's a nice hotel and the rooms were great. The pool is small but very nice. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I think it's a great value for... More

This hotel is in a great location and is pretty nice, but the breakfast is not very appealing. Located a three minute walk from the Sunday market, which is awesome. The feel is Chaing Mai is so much better than Bangkok and this hotel was very comfortable. Two free bottles of water a day. We had adjoining rooms for our... More

Good value for money. A lot of other places charge similar prices but aren't as nicely presented as this place is. It is clean, modern. Small but nice bathrooms. Some sides of the building may be a bit noisy at night but didn't bother me too much. Really good location for first-timers to Chiang Mai. It's close to Tha Pae... More

We stayed for a week at Wangburapa and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quite new, though looked a bit run down due to lack of maintence. The rooms are spaceous with plenty of room for clothes, toiletries etc. They're cleaned everyday to a high standard. Breakfast is ok, same as most places. The pool area is really small with... More

The hotel is in a good location at the edge of Chiang Mai old city, 3-4 min. walk to Thapae Gate and maybe about 10 min. to the Night Market. Rooms were well furnished and quite spacious, nice bathrooms with good quality shower. At first the Wifi didn't work, but a few hours later it was fine; the speed was... More
