Booked a grand deluxe room - on arrival were told that there is NO lift and grand deluxe is on 3rd floor. After checking room found it is all enclosed with no views and a long walk to pool restaurant & reception. We enjoyed our stay. Location was a little remote but only a 5-10 minute tuk-tuk ride. breakfast was nice and he room very large and spacious. The staff was very friendly especially Ying! Wewould say this hotel was more rustic or traditional. A nice change.
