Price outside building Bht300 for ac room.Price at desk Bht450. We booked four rooms. Room 1- stank of something organic decomposing, changed to another marginally better. Room 2- overwhelming sewer smell coming from floor waste.Room service solution was to blast toilet with air freshner. Hair in the bedsheets! Air con dropping water onto the clothes closet."Sorry no other rooms available".Not true.... More

Unless you like to hang around tourist magnets like bars and restaurants, this hotel is between 3 and 12 minutes walking radius to China town, the Tha Pae Gate, the night market and Sompet market Soi 7 Moon Muang on the North east side ot the old town. The rooms and hotel common areas while really dated are cleaned every... More

Like a lot of other reviewers of this hotel, on first impressions we were not overly impressed. It does have a strange prison-like interior design style on the upper floors. The room was basic, with built-in furniture that looked home-made and somewhat tired (some rooms were being redecorated during our stay). However, we had booked the hotel through an Air-Asia... More

The location is okay, and that's about it. This place has absolutely no ambiance - not even a little. Apparently towels and toilet paper are not included in the price of the room. What they call "breakfast included" is some scary bit of bread that you can toast yourself and some instant coffee you can make yourself, available in a... More

Having already travelled round Asia for over a month staying at several hotels, I walked into the room and thought "Oh dear !". The furniture was old and a bit grubby looking, but, to be fair, the room was clean enough. Once I'd settled in, it really wasn't that bad, especially since I'd paid less than 8GBP a night. There... When we first arrived at this property we were not overly impressed! However, we did stay for four nights and it was OK. Nothing great but within walking distance of most places, lots of shortcuts to and from, worth discovering. Rooms were basic and clean. Breakfast consist of toast and margarine, instant coffee and hot chocolate. There is a great... More

Absolute cheap accomandation but it comes at a price. Bargin hunting stops where your health gets hurt and with no ventilation inside the bathrooms it is no wonder the place is invested with mold. Never again

Stayed here for 5 nights and found it a good base camp to see the city. Walking distance to the old city and the night markets and lots of restaurants on the way. Air con in the rooms works well, we had clean sheets every day and fresh water in the fridge too. Excellent value for money. Its no palace... More

A chinese hotel in chinatown, first impressions was the corridors looked a bit like a prison but compared to most accomodation it was great value. Room was cleaned every day, fresh linen, towels and soap. Basic room and the tea and toast in the morning can be a bit of a scrum but they were friendly and we booked a... More

My partner and I stayed twice at this hotel due to comfort and price. The bedroom had two singles beds instead of a double but the bedding was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy. The rooms could do with a lick of paint but we have stayed in much worse!!! In our room we had twin beds,... More
