We sayed here for a total of 4 nights in 2010 (2 nights on arrival to Thailand, and 2 nights prior to departure). The hostel was nice and quiet, with a cozy reception area. We stayed in a double room with AC, which where nice and clean. It's very close to the sky train, and only one stop away from... More

We arrived in Bangkok late at night and chose stay here because we were leaving for Ko Samet from Eastern bus terminal early the next morning. We were a bit nervous as we were seeking a hotel and have never stayed In a 'hostel' before. This didn't seem like backpacker fair at all. The staff ended up staying late to... More

This is a simple, clean hostel in Bangkok that I stayed in for two nights upon arrival into Bangkok, before heading off to volunteer on the Surin Project. The project recommended this hostel, and it was so terrific! I got in late from the airport, and Mr. Pit was available to buzz me in, even at 2 a.m.! He was... More

Hi, I was there in February 2011. The hostel is very clean, the dorms are comfortable and spacious, and the owners are really good. They even let me to leave some of my stuff in one locker while I went for few days to Koh Thao... The breakfast is quite good for being a hostel and for the price. The... More

Nice hostel but location isnt the greatest, skytrain is nearby but this only goes half way through Bangkok so tuk tuks are a must. Clean and has a good atmosphere but seemed to be full of people working in the city rather than stopping through so theres not really a party vibe here however this may suit some people perfect.

This is the 3rd times I stayed at Hi-Sukhumvit International Youth Hostel. I’m very loyal to those who befriended me sincerely & Mr.Pitt (the owner) never fails to make friends to his customers, every time. Nothing beats good hospitality & that’s what makes me come back to this place again & again. Unfortunately, over the years I frequented Bangkok, I... More

Stayed at this hostel the last day of my trip. I'd already experienced Khao San and wanted something better suited for cheap shopping and chilling before my flight. This hostel lived up to that and more. The price was reasonable considering the location and cleaniness of the place. Only 2 minutes walk to the BTS meaning you can get anywhere... More
