pro: Rooms are large and clean, wish they had a nice flat-screen TV instead of the old tube type. Complementary in-room wireless internet is very fast. Not cheap but certainly fairly priced for the value. con: very small elevator, when one gets off the elevator there are towels and etc stored in the hallway giving it a slightly cluttered appearance.

This was my second stay here - much better then the first time. Affordable, clean. DVD and phone did not work.Owners genuinely friendly. Close to trains, shopping.

Nice private and cosy, spacious rooms with great functionality, 2min walk to Skytrain and MRT, very quiet location, a pleasant service and a great restaurant. This is home away from home at a great rate.

This is a really nice basic hotel hidden away on a side street in a good section of Bangkok. It is right next door to The Westin and Robinson's dept store. It is very reasonably priced, has nice rooms, and great restaurant. We stayed here in Apr and then again in May and were very pleased.

My family stayed at Grottino for 2 nights. The hotel was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The rooms are nice and clean and most of all great customer service. Overall I'll stay here again for sure.
