We stayed three nights. Had a studio room - very comfortable & surprisingly spacious for a small hotel. We liked the breakfast - once we got the "system. Very good quality price. Forgot some things in room. Management could not have been more helpful in retrieving them and forwarding through friends. Will stay there again.

Staff were friendly Hotel is not boutique in ours eyes. More B&B. It was tired, run down, noisy and a disappointment. There are global brand hotels around the corner which are cleaner, quieter and more comfortable. Good part of town to stay in but not hotel I would choose again.

The luxx hotel was fine, nothing special really, not sure how it got its Mr and Mrs Smith status? The bed was hugh and very comfy, but view from the window was a brick wall 2 foot away which made it feel slightly claustraphobic. Staff were friendly and helpful but the place lacked atmostphere. Value for money it was fine.

Very pleasant stay. Good sized rooms. Great deal on price. Very clean and well kept. Good location particularly for shopping and the river! Very helpful and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for mid-range budget looking for a bit of luxury without the pretence of a large hotel.
