The location is close to MBK and Siam Square, and pretty convenient to the Skytrain. We stayed in both the Deluxe and the standard rooms. They weren't much different, except for a small fridge and a safe. The air conditioner in the deluxe room made funny noises, but otherwise everything worked. We visited in late April 2012-- it was pretty... More

The location is excellent, a moment's walk from the BTS and MBK. Despite this central location I found... More

There is nothing exceptional in this hotel, the room we stayed in was very basic hence if you are the type of guest who enjoys the luxury of hotel facilities then Reno is not for you. This is the kind of hotel that is only useful for sleeping. The complimentary breakfast they offer was mediocre and the restaurant staff was... More

1280 THB/room/night. The room was good-sized and clean, in the bathroom is bathtub, the equipment looks some decades old. The size of the breakfast is a joke, but not bad, good for babies. The pool is old, the water is clean but tiles crashing down on the poolside, the chairs and tables around the pool are dirty The lobby is... More

My fiancée and I have travelled through Bangkok several times and are very big fans of the city. We have stayed in numerous areas in the past like china town, koh San rd and nana area and also at krit Thai mansions very close to Reno hotel just across from national stadium. We tried to get a room there on... More

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very helpful and respectful at check in and answered our numerous questions whenever they would come up. Location is great for shopping with MBK just across the street and the other Siam malls just 2 minutes further away. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable and a decent value. Showers were... More
