We stayed at the Narai Hotel, Bangkok for 7 nights in February 2012. We had booked a de-luxe room and were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room on the 11th floor. It was clean and spacious. A bonus was free WiFi in the rooms. All of the towels were changed daily. The Narai is not a new hotel –... More

This hotel is near the on and off ramps of the elevated expressway system so great for speed of access. Both check-in and out were quick and efficient with no waiting. I was upgraded to a superior room which has excellent double glazing, meaning no outside noise disturbed us. There was a shower and separate bath. Room service was fast... More

We stayed at Narai for a few nights prior to our road trip to Chiang Mai and again after our trip to Chiang Mai. We were very happy with our choice. The location is ideal to browse the night markets, visit the day market just a few blocks away. The Lumpini park is a brisk 20 minute walk as is... More

I had two rooms booked at the Narai from January 22nd through the 29th and could not have been happier with the service and rooms. Upon arrival we were upgraded to better rooms on the 11th floor without even asking. Being nice to staff helps! The rooms are very clean although small by western standards but then we were in... This hotel offers a very good value for money. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel earlier however we didn't have to wait to be allocated to our room. The breakfast has a wide range of selections, including an asia station wich counts for a japanese, thai and chinese style. Location... More

October 2011, booked my usual single room but in fact scored an upgrade this time, to a Suite on the business floor, on account of having stayed at the hotel four times previously. Could not quite believe the size of the place.....bigger than my own apartment in Sydney and large enough for a United Nations General Assembly meeting I think.... More

Booked a deluxe room upon arrival to BKK the hotel forgotten to pick us up at the airport. Room 1212 is quite small the photo on the net does not reflect the room. The corridor smelled mouldy. The room does not have any security key to activate door, lift or power in the room. Gym facility is pretty good, breakfast... More

Narai Hotel is an established hotel in Bangkok and we have always stayed here for many years whether on our way to India or back from it. The rooms are a nice size and their huge breakfast spread in the ballroom is legendary. In the past it used to be just 30 minutes from the old airport but closer to... More

I have stayed at the Narai Hotel many times over the past 25 years and have always found it first rate. The breakfast and lunchtime buffets are good with excellent variety. The swimming pool is handy and adequate. The staff are generally friendly and helpful (as you would expect in Thailand), and not obsequious. The lobby is not as exuberantly... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is great too. I would recommend given the low cost of rooms upgrading to Deluxe rooms as worth the small amount extra you pay. Standard rooms are dated and can smell of cigarette smoke. Great location near Patpong, however would not recommend for shopping stay rather stay... More
