We love this hotel though its old and rundown. Service was EXCELLENT, room is SPACIOUS (Apartment Style), location is HIGHLY ACCESSIBLE (right in the centre of Pratunam Wholesale Martket), price is so AFFORDABLE, breakfast was great at the SKY RESTAURANT! We have no complains... and we have stayed there for 3 times =) WARNING: ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR THE FUSSY TRAVELLERS. more

It's the absolutely worst hotel I've ever stayed in Bangkok! Don't ever stay there esp if you have young children with you. The lobby looked nice but we were horrified when we entered the room! They looked so neglected, filthy and smelled mouldy. - Customer Service : Rude staff. The front desk staff was very unhelpful when I asked why... more

I felt a little worried after reading the negative reviews of this hotel, but it turned out to be better than I expected. The plus points are the location, the spacious room size, and the cost. There were no dirty bed linens, no stains. We took a triple sharing room on the 36th floor. The rooms and the connecting living... more

Very spacious rooms, average breakfast. as there's no change of menu (intially i like the spread, but on the 4th morning, I've gotten sick of the same thing over & over again). room service of not bad, about 10 minutes wait. But there're ants on the table-top. Location is great, lots of market stalls within 10 minutes walk. View from... more

Where do I begin about this dreadful place.I was to stay for 4 nights but checked out the very next day. 1. The rooms are horrid, the carpet stinks 2,Wash basin broken, noisy air conditioners. 3. Have insects crawling over you at night. My daughter was bitten by them which lead to serious allergy and had to be treated. 4.I... more

As you enter they are all warm but once you make the advance payment it's over there. What I liked: 1. The location. It's in the heart of the market. 2. The rooms were spacious and well kept. What I didnt like: 1. They don't refurbish any of the toiletries. if you use a showercap and want another one for... more

Nice hotel in downtown Bangkok. Reasonable price, accessibility to the center, directly under the hotel markets. Around the hotel there are many of Thai massage salons. Accommodation in apartments (bedroom, bathroom, living room). more

What a neglected dump. Even by Bangkok's generous standards this is one-star (not three-star as advertised). The standard rooms are foul. Our room stunk of smoke, had damp-carpet smell, rat-dung under sink, noisy air-cons, broken furniture, and everything was sticky. I have stayed in some pretty ordinary places off the beaten track throughout Asia, and have never have come across... more
