What a neglected dump. Even by Bangkok's generous standards this is one-star (not three-star as advertised). The standard rooms are foul. I spent 4 nights with my 3 kids.They allowed us to stay in one room as my kids under 12.I am so glad as most hotels in bankok doesnt do this.The best location for shopping.Very safe . Staff was very helpful and i recommend the hotel specially for shopping lovers. more
