Perhaps because I spent my youth sampling the 'joys' of English inn and pub accommodation, my sights may be too low, but I found Sena Place to be perfectly satisfactory in all respects. It's near to the Sky Train station, taking only 10 minutes to walk, but the hotel will take you there on request. The rooms are smallish but... More

Just a piece of advice- don't every stay there.. It's so scary that we rather walked all nite to search for other hotels! It's dark, gloomy & just very unwelcoming. The staffs, knowing that we're uncomfortable but they didnt even look at us when we talk to them. We asked a refund for 3 nites and of coz, no refund... More

Had 4 nights booked here by a family member. Worked out to be less than $30 USD per night because of a group discount, but even at that price it wasn't really worth it. The facilities are somewhat old and worn. Not enough to make me feel unsafe or grossed out, we were comfortable enough, but it didn't really feel... More

This hotel is quite run down, and needs serious refurbishment. Our room had worn, stained carpets with burn marks (cigarette burns?) and peeling wallpaper. The bathroom was small and i did not like to have a bath because of worn bath enamel and discoloured grouting, but ok to stand in to have shower which worked well (the one postive point about... It was a place to sleep and not even that good. The air conditioner did not work very good, the pillows are very hard, and the beds were uncomfortable. The pool was small but relaxing if you were the only person out there. No wireless internet and if wanting to watch t.v., only one of our stations had sound and it... More

Really really don't! Especially if you are a backpacker (this place is advertised on several hostel/budget websites) - some of the staff are very rude and unhelpful and seem to think that backpackers are below them - do not expect a warm welcome. It is a fair way from the skytrain (15 min walk), which in turn is a fair... More
