The hotel has an ideal location with best connectivity to the Airport and the BTS system. Since traffic is unpredicatble in Bangkok, the Airport Express brings a huge advantage versus the taxi. No stuck in queues, no hassle. And the station is right outside the hotel The hotel itself is a lovely quiet oasis in the middle of the bustling... More

After a 10 hour flight and a 30 minute taxi ride, we arrived at the lovely Siam City Hotel at 11pm. The staff were energetic and very helpful from the minute we stepped out of the taxi. Pros: Clean, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. Cons: About 10 minutes from the city central. More

Good value hotel with easy 5 minute walk access to Phaya Thai BTS & Airport Link Station. Lobby under going renovation so reception located in the corner with access to the lifts via the restaurant. Rooms spacious, quiet and well appointed. Gorgeous pool, however, no sun till about 2.30 pm in the afternoon when I stayed. Easy access to Siam... More

I went for a two night vacation, however I enjoyed it so much. The luxurious feeling of the hotel is amazing. The location is few steps from Phaya Thai BTS station and Airport rail link. I Will definitely stay again there... Drawbacks: Poor free wireless internet in the lobby only More

My visit on 4th January to Siam City was my first visit to Bangkok. I had no problem with the service or my impression of the hotel, and they were doing renovations when we were there. Everything was done professionally and quietly - in fact you would not have known they were happening. Siam City is close to the sky... More

Having stayed at the Siam City Hotel several times over the past 10 years I once again visited there twice in December 2011 on short layovers in Bangkok. This trip I was pleased to see the rooms were renovated and fresh. Even though I have always been happy with this hotel, the rooms were getting quite beat upon so their... More

Over the past few weeks, I stayed at Siam City and the next week I was in a hotel in LA. The problem is the Siam City is such a good hotel that I was spoiled by the time I got to LA, and did not cope well the bad service, awful rooms and staff with plenty of LA attitude... More

The pool area, spa and open courtyard were stunning, a beautiful location in the heart of Bangkok. The bakery in the courtyard was delicious and reasonably priced, I highly recommend enjoying the food and drinks outside on the lounges! I also highly recommend the buffet breakfasts. The staff were very friendly, helpful and enjoyed having a laugh...particularly the young girl... More

This hotel is old and tired I had to pay 1400 Thai baht for 4 hours Internet use in my room The rooms are tired and musty the carpets are stained and the beds are too hard I would never recommend staying in this hotel There are much nicer hotels for the same money in bkk. The reception staff were... More

Good morning ! Thank you for letting us know your opinion ! We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us and do apologize for any inconvenience. The situation is the more disturbing as it could not have been a communication problem with one of our ever present Thai managers. More

We spent a single night only in a twin room at this hotel on a return journey from a holiday mostly spent Cambodia. Each of our flights with Bangkok Air were delayed by more than 3 hours (beware!) which meant that on this occasion we didn't reach the hotel til 2am. So it was a great relief to get a... More
