Service is good, its not my first time staying there. Only the breakfast standard drop abit other than that its pretty much the same. With very good service and hospitality. Location is also very good with all major shopping malls and BTS trains within walking distance. A bad point is that its always traffics jams in front of the hotel.... more

Hotel location is good. Altought room is abit old but still ok. The best is the service from the hotel. From frontdesk, to taking lift and calling cab(the staff even wrote down the cab number just in case we need to call back the cab. As others have said, the rooms do need some TLC - eg. the power-point above the table in our room (used for the very welcome kettle) only worked if something was stuffed under the plug to hold it in the socket; otherwise the plug would fall out and delay my vital morning coffee.
