you could not put a hotel in a better spot for exploring the city, bang smack in the center of town.Breakfasts were good,rooms tidy and clean,helpful polite staff and generally good value,would defo use again on my next vist more

Nice hotel, Good breakfast. Very good location, opposite Central World, other shopping center is just nearby. 10 minutes walk to skytrain (I am a slow walker) Room is okays. more

Stayed here for 7 days on business, location is great but hotel is extremely overpriced. As others have said, the rooms do need some TLC - eg. the power-point above the table in our room (used for the very welcome kettle) only worked if something was stuffed under the plug to hold it in the socket; otherwise the plug would fall out and delay my vital morning coffee. i had always stay in arnoma ever since i first came to bangkok. love this hotel . the staff is great , location can never be better . just that the rooms are a bit old but still stayable. i went with my whole family , a total of 6 adults , 2 young children. a small mistake was found... more

Room smells bad, and it wasn't from cigarette smoke. The place needs renovation and if it hasn't been since then, then it can only have become worse. Only good point: central location. more
