Fabulous Public areas but some bed rooms whilst perfectly adequate are now a tad dated or tired, especially the bathrooms. Stay in the 'Club' rooms - its worth it for the free bar and breakfasts in the superb 'Club room' left of the Foyer.

I have been to this hotel a couple of times and it has gone from bad to worse. Although it is supposed to be 4 or 5 stars it really only warrants 2.
Yes it has grand chandeliers as you enter but thats where the imperialness ends.
