This hotel is perfectly located for the best shopping malls in Bangkok. Staff were some of there friendliest I've come across and were extremely helpful. I do think wifi should be free in hotels of this calibre and the rooms were a little tired, but fine and spacious. Beds were super comfy and we slept well. I would visit again.
