the location of hotel is good if you always travel in bangkok by subway. the traffic around hotel is terrible stuck. the excellent selling point is if you are a person that always enjoy the shopping and nightlife. Thr room was pretty old for a 4 stars hotel and the room did not improve since my first stay on 2006. The breakfast selection is ok and the location is great where Subway station is right in front of the hotel where connect to downtown. With the budget you have to stay Grand Mercure, you might consider somewhere else. More

Friendly staff, big and clean rooms at executive floor; but look old and is pretty noisy due to bad sound insulation. The road is pretty busy, and if you are unlucky to get the room facing front, you will find out that sleeping maybe a challenge. On the morning, I requested a room facing the back.
