For the price that we paid for the hotel, it wasn't as clean as we had hope. Their towels smell like mildew and there wasn't enough hot water for four us to take our showers. CNC is not a hotel but rather a serviced apartment mainly catering for japanese customers. Having this in mind, these are the pros:
- the units are huge, both the studios and the one/two/three bedrooms
- some units have just been refurbished. Ask for them.
- pool (outdoor) and gym are just great

My first time at CNC Residence, the hotel is located in Soi 33 about 1 kilometer from the Phrom Pong BTS station, easily walkable on nice days. we found cnc residences to be very good cheap and comfortable this place would be an excellent base for familys on a budget. staff were excellent and very helpful and would go to any lengths to help you couldnt ask for more than this. the hotel was also very clean. we had a very pleasant stay here and would well...
