Adequate size and quality of rooms, nice staff etc. Nothing particularly special but good value for such a central location. If you want to be in and amongst Khaosan (the expat / tourist district in Bangkok) this is a good option.

We spent our last night in Bangkok here - perfect location right on Khao San Road. But the rooms were soundproof so we could sleep well. Win win. Perfect backpacker location but clean, quiet and comfy. Breakfast is nice, too. The place to choose if you don't want bedbugs.

Never in all my travels have I experienced such poor customer service and rude attitude such as to reprimand and retort the paying guest due to a misunderstanding of the hotel's rules. Worst hotel in 3 month trip.Even with ear tab and noise reduction head set, we could hear the loud music from bars and the street till 3 h AM.
