We have stayed for one night. Since we payed very cheap, there was no high expectations, but surprise surprise -- they organized the transfer from/to the airport, the room was big and clean, beds were comfortable -- what else is needed for night over? The only thing, seems there is a disco somewhere around, was not too loud and it... More

There are thousands of hotels in and around Bangkok........choose a different one to this!!! The only good thing I can say is the shuttle service to and from airport.........although they can keep you waiting it is free........this is the sort of hotel for backpackers cheap and slightly cheerful!!! Basic hotel with necessary facilities for a stay before a flight from the airport. I would have given them 4 stars but deducted one for their silly internet access charges. Otherwise good with a pool, nice rooms (better than basic as their own website says). Note this can be hard to find if arriving by taxi as it is set... More

We stayed here for 1 night on a brief stopover through Bangkok. It is very close to the airport - just over 5 minutes away. We were met by a hotel rep at the airport who had us sit and wait for the free shuttle. She said it would be about 15 minutes but turned out to be closer to... More

We needed a place for a one night layover after a 14 hour flight. This hotel, the BS Premier (not the BS Residence next door) has had a very nice make over. Super modern rooms with patios looking out to lush grounds with huge pool. Man with sign at airport ushered us to a nice new van. 20 mins later... More

No room service, No decent restaurants close to the hotel, and not near anything other than a 7 eleven. Not ideal for anything other than a rest spot when leaving Thailand! Would not stay again! On a positive note free shuttle to airport. More

Staff seem uninterested in service. Bellboy tried to put us in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, then thought it was funny when we asked him to put us in a better room. Then he had the gall to harass us for a tip. Pool is pretty good, but that's about it. Spend a bit more and go to... More

We booked into BS residnce with the idea to have a luxury hotel night for our last night in Bangkok. The hotel is terrible for a number of reasons that i will illustrate to try to help you to avoid it if you re thinking of staying. 1. BS states they provide free shuttle service. FAIL. We called one day... More

Transfer from airport to and from hotel was efficient as was the reception staff. Our room was on the ground floor overlooking a very large and inviting pool. The room was large and well furnished but there were a few mozzies in the room, and previous occupants had also had a problem with them. We arrived in the evening and... More

We arranged to stay here for one night between our midnight arrival at BKK and our 10am departure the next morning to Chiang Mai. We arrived groggy from international travel, and we found the hotel's representative at the airport without a problem. A friendly girl led us to the hotel's free shuttle van, and we were off to the hotel... More
