this resort and service apartment felt like a small family run B&B instead of what it really is. it was very difficult to speak to the staff in english, but it must be said that they tried their hardest to help out. the ambiance just wasnt there and felt very unprofessional.

It’s at a very local location close to the airport (I think lots of Thai people stay here) with many food vendors close-by (noodle carts at night & cheap local food in the morning [10 baht for fried rice] ) although it seemed like people outside of the hotel in this area spoke no English whatsoever.
