The location of the hotel is very good. Walking distance to the sky train and many shopping malls and restaurants. The service is good and the rooms are spacious and tidy. Would stay here again.

Citadines have 3 hotels within 3 kilometers of each other, I have stayed at all 3 and all are very similar in design and food and price the one in Soi 23 gets my vote EASILY as the best purely based on staff, the people in this are excellent...This is the one that is easy walking distance to Soi Cowboy... Clean and comfortable room, near station and easy access to shopping areas around Bangkok. Walking distance to terminal one shopping mall and several decent massage centres just across the hotel. Few cafes and restaurants nearby too. Hotel staff did not inform about the free shuttle to main road which could have saved us the walk everyday.

The hotel is fairly new and the staff are friendly. The view from the room is pretty good, even though you always get to see traffic jams on the roads! Good hotel overall.
