Great staff. Comfy big bed. Stayed in a double room. Pool is a plus after being out in the oppressive Bangkok in may heat. Tv has some English channels. Al jazzera bbc and a movie channel. Stayed here at the end of a three month trip. Anyone who poorly rates this hotel needs to adjust their expectations of Thai mid... More

We have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok, but this one was great. The staff were very good, the location was good if you wanted a quite location, but close to the river and short 15 min walk to the skytrain. The pool was always very clean, and never really busy due tothe size of the hotel. The breafast was... More

Great place for one to two nights. If you stay longer then i wont advice it. Location is far from everything. BTS station taksin is 25min walk quiet far if you had long day. Far from the city center and lost of thai hustelers trying to sell you package tours. Room was very depressing and toilet very small. Very basic... More

During a 6-week stay in Thailand we used this hotel as a base returning 4 times. It has basic facilities but for the price it is well worth the stay. The staff were friendly, almost a family atmosphere amongst them. Reception was helpful in sorting out all our queries. Close to the river ferries, sky train and bus routes. Contrary... More

We were pleasantly surprised to see how nice this hotel is (after having several experiences where the hotel was not as nice as the brochure). Our room was nice, with tiled floor, the comfiest bed we had during our whole trip in Thailand, a spacious room, large closet to fit our backpacks, air conditioning (although at the time it was... Stayed a few nights while attending a convention at a nearby Orchid Sheraton. Saved a lot of money. Swan hotel is only $1.50 from the Sheraton. Clean, basic, a good size pool, big breakfast included.

stayed here for a few nights and can't complain, the room was nice and spacious, you could pay for internet which proved to be quite useful. Very close to the river which was good for transport.

We stayed here twice during August and September between excursions to Chiang Mai and Koh Samet. First time just because an accommodation rep recommended it at the airport and the second time because my son loved the pool! The rooms are ok, clean and spacious and the buffet breakfast is fine, lots of fruit and English/American or Thai cooked option... More

We stayed at this place for 4 nights. The single rooms are not very nice as they are very small and not very nice to stay. The double and triple rooms are nicer as they are bigger. The bathrooms are basic with open shower but this is something common in all the hotels of Thailand where I stayed. Differently from... More
