We arrived from India with stomach upsets, and just wanted to get to a hotel ASAP. The Suvarnabhum Airport Hotel Help Desk offered this hotel along with several others. We opted for this one (1,300 baht, 1,000 of which payable to the Help Desk). If we had booked online (i.e. walked to an internet cafe), it would have been as... More

We arrived in Bangkok and was expecting the driver of our courtesy car to be waiting at the arrivals hall. He wasn't and we were directed to Gate 4 where we had trouble finding the rep for the Ivory. After about 10 mins walking around we saw a very small sign with the hotel name on it sitting on the... More

Stayed for a night. Found the hotel to be very well located . It is located very close to the MRT station of Lat Krabang (~30 baht by a std metered taxi). From Lat Krabang station take a train which could take you directly to the international departure terminal at Suvarnabhumi airport (15 baht for a rail ticket - train... More

We arrived at the airport and by the time we got through customs etc we thought we'd missed the complimentary transport to the Ivory. We were directed to gate 4 meeting place and found their sign and asked about getting to the hotel. A very helpful guy rang and within 10minutes someone came in a car. Very close to the... More

It is not a luxury hotel, but for less than 20 pounds a night (Agoda) you are surely not expecting it to be! It took only 9 minutes from checking out at reception to take the hotel car to the departures terminal. You could get a taxi possibly for less, but paying 150 Baht, which is only 3 pounds, to... I stayed here for one nite becoz i had to attend Company's dinner party at Novotel Suvarnabhumi ballroom. I paid THB900 (inclusive of taxes) for one nite stay. The hotel provides 1 time free airport transfer, subsequently, you will be charged THB150 each time u need to use the transfer service. The good thing is that, u can also get... More

The hotel's about 15 mins drive from the airport. It's perfect for one night stopovers - was spotlessly clean, bed comfy, shower fine. Was ideal for our early morning flight the next day. And if you walk out of the hotel and walk left down the road for 5 minutes you'll come to a shopping area / Market where there... More

Only one reason to stay here: Late flight in and early flight out. The Ivory was 7 minutes from the airport at 11 at night. Nine minutes to return at seven in the morning. I booked on-line, e-mailed my flight arrival data, got a prompt response back with detailed directions. At door 4, woman was standing with card with my... More
