Location is ok (not to far from BTS station), room (superior) and entrance hall design looks really nice, but everything else was disappointing. Location is perfect, it is area with jewellery shops and centres, lots of restaurants around with extremely delicious Thai food and reasonable prices. We stayed three nights at the Heritage Baan. Its a charming hip/ vintage boutique hotel with a great staff offering friendly service that supports Thailand's reputation for friendliness. The hotel is near a variety of nice restaurants and the skytrain making it easy access to get around Bangkok.

We chose this property for a quick 1-night layover in Bangkok. It looked quaint and charming on the website....and the rooms looked really pretty and value for money. The hotel is decent and what you could expect for a cheap room. We reserved a kingsize bed and found when we got there, two double beds pushed together. The staff was friendly but not particularly helpful. With that said, the room was simple, clean enough and ok for just a couple nights in Bangkok.

stayed at room 222-clean and nice white decor. However the wash basin is not practical at all, can't wash hand or face properly as the tap is so near the basin bottom. We arrived at this hotel having booked this based on the description and rooms, both of which we got from their website (although booked through Website), we were told there was no welcome drink (part of our package) as the 'bar' doesn't open on a Saturday or Sunday!
