My family stayed there for 3 nights and we got there way too early. The staffs were very nice and tried to help us to get a room, so we can refresh ourselves. The room was clean (even the bed sheets and pillow sheets were changed) and neat. The bathroom was clean too with Japanese toilet. The breakfast was good...

The staff were all very accomodating and kind.They helped me with directions and with getting taxis etc.
The food in the dining room was good-a choice of a western,chinese or japanese breakfast-i tried all 3 and was happy with each.
My room was comfy-very clean,quiet and perfct bed for sleeping(not too hard,big and with luxurious duvet cover!)
