Stayed 2 nights as part of a self drive tour of Taiwan. This is a great value hotel right in the centre of town. Room was small with a fridge and A/C, bathroom was modern and function and bed comfortable. Reception staff spoke reasonable english and were helpful. Breakfast only OK. We booked direct having seen the hotel recommended by a well known travel guide. Only paid NT$1700 per night including breakfast which represented great value. Also known as Tainan teachers Hostel and is a sister hotel of the Cambridge. Has a website but not in english and booking direct by email was fairly straightforward. Credit cards accepted. Car parking right outside the hotel wsa a bonus more
