i stayed here last week no proper service no staff response no attitude rooms are so pathetic

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La Village. After 5 days of trekking it was a great place to wind down and relax. We stayed in 6 hotels on our tour and I consider this hotel was the best. The rooms were spacious,airy and clean. The views of the mountains were fabulous and the gardens very colourful. There was a great swimming pool and friendly staff. Food by Nepalese standards was good. What more could you ask?
