The public areas were nice and there were some small shops near reception with interesting gift items. The staff were quite friendly but the hotel was very busy so they seemed to have a lot to do. Absolutely is not a five star hotel but the view from the rooms over Anapurna is great. Staff was very friendly and helpful but nobody could repair my shower, simply did not work. Food was reasonably good and I liked the swimming pool but no time to swim :(

Conveniently located, spacious & comfortable rooms with clear views of mountain, staff were very friendly & polite. Spa was excellent as well. Overall, me & my family enjoyed our 3 night trip a lot in Pokhara grande

Hotel isn't that bad, yes the question should be if it is 5star or not. Rooms were spacious and clean. Desk staff wasn't that friendly may be because of the hoilday season. Over all experience was nice for me.

This hotel might have seen better days, long ago. Our room was large but not very clean. The tea service had an open and partly used packet of creamer and the teabag was open. The place is dark and desolate and looks like it has seen better times. The food is average and service just passes muster. Rooms definitely need a makeover. The saving grace were the staff who were understanding And tried to resolve issues.
