I spent one night at Hotel Meera in Pokhara, after finishing a trek. The hot shower with great water pressure was a huge relief after trekking, as was the comfortable bed. My room had a big bay window that could be opened to welcome in some breeze, and brightened up the room during daylight hours. Breakfast buffet in the morning... More

The room we stayed in was near the front of the hotel. During the day every noise from the street was reverberating in the room. At 4:30 am the taxi drivers would congregate in front of our hotel and talk loudly. At night the music from the bars would go on until 10 pm then the security would come by... More

I stayed here for 2 nights. Liked: The mattress was softer than most other hotels I have stayed at (generally in Nepal they are like a rock). very spacious rooms. Nice little sitting area near the window. Hot water. Okay price, got it for 1800 including all taxes. Disliked: Could not get WiFi in the room - front desk not... More

We stayed here one night and the hotel was clean and included everything we needed. The breakfast was decent, filled you up, but not great. A bonus is that although it's not incredible, it is a lot better than many hotels in a similar price range in Nepal. There is heat and airconditioning depending on the season you visit in.

As other reviewers have said, you can't really beat the location. But that's largely where the positives end. Everything else is very average. Rooms are ok, but overpriced for what you get. Shower is fine if the hot water works, but that was very hit and miss. And when we asked for this to be looked at we were told... More

Staff very friendly and polite.Excellent service, especially in the restaurant.Special mention must be made of G.B.Gurung,Kiran Shaha,Shyam Thapa,Paucha Gurung & Himal Gurung for efficiently organising a dinner for Manipal University Students at very short notice on 20th August. You can't beat the location. It is in the heart of Lake Side where all the best restaurants, bars and shops are. The rooms are not luxurious but decent with all the needs a traveler would require. The rooms at the back wing are newer and quieter. Some of the rooms have mountain and lake views. Staff are friendly and... More
