Found this lttle gem tucked away up a nice quiet side road....quite a rare thing in this crazy busy place! The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were bright, clean and a nice size. The entire hotel is very good value for money....and there's free internet in the lobby too!! And as an added bonus there is THE... More

I highly recommend Fuji Hotel! It is lovely and comfortable and in a perfect location. And the staff!! I have never met such a kind, friendly, and attentive hotel staff! Everyone went above and beyond to help me and to make sure that my stay in Kathmandu was wonderful. I felt completely at home and will definitely stay there again... More

The fuji hotel offers a tranquil getaway from the hectic streets of katmandhu. Reasonable, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, free internet in the lobby and good breakfasts. The location is good too -handy for Thamel but away from the main road. More

We had the pleasure of staying with Pradeep Pakhrin (owner) and his staff while in the Thamel district of Kathmandu this October (2011). Pra was personally present at all times and nothing escaped his capable attention and the prompt attention to our every want was immediately met. The Hotel is ideally situaled just off the main drags in Thamel, and... More

The location is good. Convenient and quiet. Our flight is late in the evening and the hotel arrange the pick-up, the staff is very hostile. I made the room reservation online and the staff feed back immediately. The room is very big with a balcony and the shower is great. The furnitures are not new just as any other hotel... More

I stayed here for about 10 days with a trip to Pokhara in the middle. The staff is incredibly attentive, kind and helpful. At first I thought it was almost too much but as I got used to it I really enjoyed it! They helped me with reservations, gave me directions and called me taxis. I was always greeting with... More

During our tour, we landed at this beautiful hotel which was oddly placed in the middle of the Thamel region of Kathmandu. The hotel is on a quiet street, but only a 1 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of downtown! Some of our travelmates had gotten robbed and the owner was so generous by allowing them to stay... I am forever grateful to the owner Mr. Pradeep Pakhrin and the general manager, Mr. Laxman of the Fuji Hotel. During my time in Nepal, I was robbed. Pradeep provided me not only with tremendous comfort but also provided me with genuine concern. From the goodness of his heart he gave me free board, provided meals, and transportation, acted as...
