the hotel is good business hotel with clean spaciuos rooms, excellent food, wifi connection available free of cost even in rooms, small casino in the ground floor, shopping areas thamel and durbar marg nearby locations, a little bit faraway from airport and pashupatinath temple,service is very good, reception is helpful during checking in and check out time process. While this hotel is set in a convenient location for local shops and some choices of outside dining and the service by the staff was excellent, the whole 4 night stay was totally marred by the horrible beds and pillows. We stayed here before and after a trek in the Himalayas and very much enjoyed it on both occasions. The service and staff are very helpful and exceptionally friendly. The food is very good and free Wi-fi access is included and worked well. Would stay here again anytime. Highly recommended. More
