I stayed here for 12 nights during May whilst carrying out some research. The owners and all members of staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I needed advice on any matter, including helping to sort out taxis, walking routes, a minor medical problem and restaurants. My room was very clean and comfortable, light and airy, peaceful and large enough... More

Stayed here in March before and after our EBC Trek, tucked down an alley away from the chaos but close enough to restaurants and bars etc. The guys at the hotel are really friendly and helpful and have plenty of advice to share. The rooms although not huge are clean and do serve there purpose. The hotel has two computers... More

The rooms are comfortable and a reasonable size and the bathroom clean with plentiful hot water. We stayed here twice during our Nepal trip, our first room above the reception area was very noisy, the second stay on a higher floor was much better. Roof top dining area is great, food good and Sam’s service is outstanding. The guys at... More

The Sacred Valley Inn was a lovely escape from the madness that is Kathmandu. The staff were so helpful (with transport and with booking us into their hotel in Pokhara, which we absolutely loved). We stayed twice - at the start of our trip and at the end. Both times we were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious... More

My husband and I stayed at the Sacred Valley Inn for 5 days in total, 2 before trekking and 3 after we returned (fitting us in at short notice for an extra night when we returned a night early from our trek). It is an oasis of peace and quiet even though you are only a few minutes stroll from... More

I recently spent a month in Nepal during April with my 2 teenage sons & organised almost all our month's accomodation, flights/bus tickets & activities, including trekking guide & porters through Sacred Valley Inn, Kathmandu. We stayed with Sacred Valley Inn in Kathmandu & Pokhara & loved both hotels. The staff were wonderful & were always helpful & friendly. I... More

I saw an ad for the Sacred Valley Inn in KTM while walking lakeside in Pokhara. It looked like a place that I would enjoy so I called and made a reservation. I liked the street it was located on in Thamel--quiet and a little off the beaten track. That's a welcome relief from the constant noise that is Thamel... More

Sorry you were disappointed as we do want all of our guests to have a good stay with us. The problem with the electricity is an ongoing problem in Nepal with sometime up to 18 hours of power cuts per day. But we do our best to provide electricity to our guests: we have a generator which does power all... More

My 3 year old daughter and I have been staying here (and the Inn @Pokhara) several times over the past few years. We wouldn't go anywhere else as the service is top notch, the rooms spotless and excellent value for money, and the kindness, good humour and understanding truly unmatched -- and believe me, my little girl has certainly put... We stayed at the Sacred Valley Inn, KTM for a total of 5 nights during our trip to Nepal, 3 at the start and 2 at the end. The levels of customer care, email interaction and service upon arrival were absolutely top notch. Emails for booking were prompt, detailed and organised (e.g. collection service from Airport - absolutely worth booking).... More
