Flew there by helicopter for breakfast. Didn't sleep there. Breakfast experience was amazing. Very decent quality breakfast with out of this world views!
We arrived in April 2011 and it kind of felt like arriving at the Shining hotel. The place was empty and there was no hot water in the rooms, or heat in the rooms. they had to bring in a little mini heater and heat pads for the bed! the property is actually very beautiful and the views are amazing...

We walked up to the Hotel Everest View (3880m) during an acclimatisation day in Namche Bazaar.
We were the only customers in the restaurant (it was about a week before the autumn trekking season started) but the service was good as was the food that we got to eat.
It was fairly good value for money too, not that much...
