I only have two suggestions for your hotel. The Wifi was very unreliable, both in the rooms and in the lobby. That really needs to be improved if you are to attract more business guests. I would not come back to your hotel, for that reason alone. Also, a la carte menu for dinner and room service would be nice.

Soulless, acceptable hotel in the heart of downtown. Just be warned that there really isn't much in the downtown area anymore so you'll probably need a taxi to get anywhere. Might as well stay at the Protea in Arcades shopping centre as there are at least a few restaurants/bars and a cinema there.
