One of the best hotels in Kampala, a little worn and shabby, but quite decent by the country's standards. Good location near the excellent Speke restaurants. Rooms vary, mine was big and comfortable. Others were not so lucky. Warm water comes if you are patient enough, and so does service in the open-air restaurant. The house band was excellent.

It was okay, but bare bones basic. Still, not too bad for the area. Mostly clean and bug free, I would stay there again.
