Effort has been made to produce a pleasant environment with planting around a decent pool and bar area. The rooms are clean and adequate, if not aging well. There's persistent loud music from the adjacent exterior lakeside bar (not, i believe part of the hotel). Hi to all, I am French leaving in West Africa since 35 years, and no doubt, this hotel is the best place to stay in Lomé, for an average room price of USD 50 and delicious meals for USD 12. Nice swimming pool above the lagoon and always friendly people around.
