Mainland Chinese owned and managed. Check in - At Midnight, but the Reception staff was efficient. Had to pay a USD200 cash deposit so be ready for this Housekeeping staff - They are also good. Chinese company with management contract has stripped what was the best hotel in town bare. Wanted to pay all our accommodation costs up front in cash. Rooms bare - no toiletaries.
